Asillah Al Harthi operates Hilya. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email and login details (email or Google sign-in).
- Your registry: jewellery details, photos, receipts and certificates you upload, wear dates, zakat settings and payment records, and price alerts.
- Shop prices you submit: shown publicly without your name.
- Payments: handled by Paddle.com. We receive your subscription status, not your card details.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: show your registry, calculate values and zakat, and manage your subscription. When you use AI descriptions, the photo is sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion and is not stored by them for training. We don't sell your data or show ads.
Who can see it
Your registry, photos and documents are private to your account and stored in protected storage; photos are shown through short-lived links.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any piece at any time, and delete your whole account from My account, which permanently removes your data and cancels Premium.
