Refund Policy

This policy applies to Hilya Premium subscriptions sold by Asillah Al Harthi through our reseller Paddle.com.

Free trial

First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

Refunds

If you're not happy with a payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep Premium until the end of your paid period.

Use the receipt email from Paddle or visit paddle.net to request a refund, or contact us at support@myhilya.com with the email you subscribed with.
